+1.  Checked the signatures, did a build, and ran rat.  The rat check fails 
because the git.properties file doesn’t have an Apache License.  This isn’t 
worth re-rolling for, but it would be nice to fix in the future (or add 
git.properties to rat’s excludes) so the rat check passes.
