Allow deeply nested scalar expressions. Currently an expression '0 * deptno + 1
* deptno + ...' causes a StackOverflowError at about 600 (depth 1,200).
I suspect we need to change some recursive functions (or visitors) into dynamic
programming. The attached workspace adds SqlToRelConverterTest.testLarge (based
on SqlValidatorTest.testLarge) and flattens some recursive calls.
