Hello all, I'm interested in digging into Calcite (and have been dabbling in other places like Pig, Hive, and Drill), but I only have a rudimentary knowledge of planners (logical, physical, transformations, optimizations). I know what they are and what their purpose is, but haven't really seen any docs that explain the various approaches. Are there any good resources out there for this? I tried searching the web but didn't really see much there.
