added under JDBC function escape as suggested in the SQL docs seems passing all 
the tests.

JdbcFunctionCall() in Parser.jj. But as I noted in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-420 you'll have to be
careful because REPLACE is a reserved keyword.
