Summary: ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException from Phoenix Query Server

PQS started raising ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException sporadically and goes away
when it is restarted.
CDH 5.7.2
HBase: 1.2.0
Phoenix: 4.7
