Do you have a draft or a summary of Part 15? Part 15 (SQL/MM) is a really new part of the standard - so new that it wasn’t in the 2014 draft of the SQL standard that I generally use.
It would be great to support multi-dimensional arrays, but it would help if there was something in the open so that we can discuss.
