* checked hashes of src downloads
* mvn clean install from src tar.gz download
* all tests pass
* built Solr with Calcite 0.14.0 and Avatica 0.11.0-rc0. tests pass
* checked that Docker images build. Able to connect from Avatica 0.11.0
client to 0.10.0 server
