+1 to the proposed fix.
You don't have to have all of the exceptions in the same line of the case
statement. Therefore you can add a comment before each group of file names
justifying why they don't require headers (e.g. they are generated, or
calcite.png cannot include a header because it is binary, but we promise we own
it).---
