We will have 16 new fixes and features once CALCITE-2322 and
CALCITE-2219 is in, so I've updated the number to "more than 15".

If the number is really so low, “more than 10” sounds a bit silly; I’d say
“several”.
However, I count 29 commits since 1.11. Not sure how many bugs/features there
