It looks like this builds correctly on my machine. Now that the release is out, I assume we can merge the master branch into site? If I hear no objections, I'll do so and redeploy and hopefully that fixes things. We'll have to keep an eye on this and hopefully someone who experiences the problem when building the site can figure out what's going on.
