Do we want to add support for UUID type in Calcite? Databases like vertica <https://my.vertica.com/blog/whats-new-vertica-9-0-uuid-data-type/> and postgre <https://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.1/static/datatype-uuid.html> are already supporting UUID type? Thanks.
