I was looking at JIRA and noticed that avatica-1.13.0 was marked as unreleased and there is no avatica-1.14.0 version number. There are some issues still tagged as avatica-1.13.0 but not resolved. I don't have permissions in JIRA to add the new version or mark avatica-1.13.0 as released.
