Join, SemiJoin, Correlate

I just discovered that Correlate, which is neither a Join nor a SemiJoin, uses 
SemiJoinType, but SemiJoin does not use SemiJoinType.

Yuck. The Join/SemiJoin/Correlate type hierarchy needs some thought.
