Hello, I created two JIRA dashboards in order to track a bit better what is happening in the project.
Apache Calcite Release [1] which might be helpful for release managers to have an overview of the ongoing release and take action when they deem necessary. Apache Calcite Dev Overview [2] which might be helpful for contributors to the project who want to follow progress on the tasks they are working on/interested in. At the moment, anybody who can browse the Calcite project can access the dashboards. If you want to enlarge or restrict the visibility to certain roles let me know. Any feedback is much appreciated!
