When using `SqlImplementor.SimpleContext#toSql` with BigQuerySqlDialect on Rel
nodes containing `CAST` need to convert Calcite SqlTypeName to BigQuery
supported types
([https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/standard-sql/data-types]).
Example: VARCHAR should become a STRING, BOOLEAN - BOOL, and so on.
