LatticeTest#testLatticeStarTable() fails in CI after CALCITE-3774

Hi,

It seems that LatticeTest#testLatticeStarTable(), which is executed as part
of the testSlow task, fails in GitHub actions [1] after
merging CALCITE-3774.

Is somebody looking into it?
