Chunwei, I think you said you'd have an RC in the middle of this week. In my opinion, you should hold to that. There will always be one or two last bugs that don't make it into a release. No matter - they'll be in the next one.
For example, I've been trying to get the InnoDB adapter ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-4034 ) in shape for 1.24. But it's taking longer than expected.
