I followed the steps in "Setting up IntelliJ IDEA" in the guide and had the project compiled via command line, but still had to do "build.gradle.kts Right Click->Import as Gradle Project" and "Reload Gradle Project" to make things work. I am not sure if this is just on my local setup or something that needs to be done while opening Calcite for the first time. In either case, it would be helpful to include these steps in the guide.
