This had been solved in CALCITE-2277 but apparently it was broken in
CALCITE-2696 (MaterializedViewRelOptRulesTest.testJoinMaterialization11 result
was modified assuming the change was correct). The rewriting algorithm does not
support semijoin so this can lead to incorrect results.
