Create a Tableau connector for Calcite. This will allow Tableau to connect to a
Calcite server via Avatica.
The format will be a directory of files, similar to [Tableau's Postgres JDBC
example|https://github.com/tableau/connector-plugin-sdk/tree/master/samples/plugins/postgres_jdbc].
Other projects that use Calcite/Avatica will be able to fork this connector
and customize it.
