Operations like :
{noformat}
SELECT null !~ 'ab[cd]'
SELECT 'abcd' !~ null
SELECT null !~ null
SELECT null !~* 'ab[cd]'
SELECT 'abcd' !~* null
SELECT null !~* null{noformat}
is not possible for now, NPE is raised :
{noformat}
