The latest job is back to normal now[1]. Looking at the build history in gradle enterprise[2], it seems that the host which [1] is running on is changed to 'jenkins-shared-ubuntu-2'. The failed 2 jobs are running on 'ip-172-31-31-96' and 'ip-172-31-24-130'.
Let's see whether this will happen again.
