Thanks for the PRs and commits to Avatica. There are currently 2 open
PRs that can potentially make it into this release:

If there are no updates to those PRs by Thursday, I will start the
release process to make rc0 ready for voting.

We should do a CVE scan, and update the usual suspects (Jetty, Netty,
Protobuf...) to the latest maintenance releases.
But first we need to update the OWASP plugin again as the current one
cannot read the current DB.
I will do that and open tickets as necessary in the next few days.
There are no other blockers on my radar.
