Using IS NOT DISTINCT FROM as an equi condition in HashJoin produced incorrect
results under the Enumerable convention. So in CALCITE-6904 , IS NOT DISTINCT
FROM was treated as a non-equi condition.
This work will fix the incorrect execution behavior and support IS NOT
DISTINCT FROM as an equi condition of HashJoin.
