Currently EnumerableWindow rejected any windowed aggregate that used the
`IGNORE NULLS` option with a blanket "IGNORE NULLS not supported"
`UnsupportedOperationException` at code-generation time.
eg:
{code:java}
FIRST_VALUE(x) IGNORE NULLS OVER (ORDER BY y ROWS 1 PRECEDING) {code}
the SQL above can be parsed, validated and converted to relational algebra
successfully, but failed during physical implementation in the enumerable
convention.
