Camel 1.6.1 Release Notes

Hi,

I added the http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CAMEL/Camel+1.6.1+Release 
 page in the [In Progress] folder.  I will need to fix a few urls  
before publishing it.  If anybody wants to add anything, please feel  
free to do so.
