I see the seda queue as being very similar to a jms queue in Camel with the
main difference being no persistence; which is fine. In fact I would probably
use a seda endpoint pretty much everywhere I'd use a JMS queue endpoint where I
do not require persistence.
I think that request reply should therefore be supported for seda.
