Fix For: 2.1.0
The aggregator timeout is a fixed timeout. We should also add an inactivity
timeout. So if you have *not* received any messages within X seconds then
trigger.
And also consider adding some kind of mode option to more fine tuned be able to
control the trigger behavior
- size only
- timeout only
- size or timeout
