Just working on CAMEL-1673 and found JUnit 4.x have a good supports of old
Junit test cases.
Your old JUnit's3 class can be ran smorthly with JUnit 4.x.
But if you want to leverage the JUnit4's new features, you need to use new
JUnit4's Camel test support classes.
So I create a JUnit4's version of CamelTestSupport and CamelSpringTestSupport
in camel-test module,
now camel-test supports JUnit 3.x and JUnit 4.x test like Spring-test does.
