Consumer names in JMX Mbean should show id or description in addition to an uuid

Currently in JMX console, the consumers are identified by its type e.g.
FileConsumer plus a uuid. It would be helpful it would expose the id or name
of the associated endpoint. We can then use the JMX to start/stop a particular
consumer endpoint.
