camel-jetty component should support the multi port of https consumer

Fix For: 2.1.0
Current camel-jetty component only supports configure one ssl connector, we
need to do some improvement to let it support to configure the connector
according to port number.
Then camel-jetty component can support more than one port of https consumer.
