Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-2055.

Resolution: Won't Fix
After looking into this a bit more. It requires too much work to get micro
processors such as {{setHeader}} to be manage as well.
It is only worthwhile to manage processors which are bigger and this must
implement Service to be considered.
