Its a bit confusing as its a special feature which shouldnt have been added.
The filter DSL should be independent from the splitter. If people want to
filter then they should do that in the AggregationStrategy, or if we add a
{{onWhen}} to the splitter so you can use that to signal when it should invoke
the aggregator.
