Fix For: 2.2.0
Currently only the DeadLetterChannel logs an ERROR line when it moves a message
to it.
The DefaultErrorHandler should do the same, its only logging a single line, and
its not noisy as stracktrace is disabled to be logged by default.
End users can just set logging level to OFF for exhausted if they want this
turned off.
