Camel feature file is missing for release 2.2.0. This "repository" xml file 
need for deploying released camel components to Felix Karaf.

For example, in release 2.1.0 - 
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/camel/karaf/features/2.1.0/features-2.1.0-features.xml.

In release 2.2.0 it is missing now.
