Provide a unit test to show the bug and the patch for that issue. I don't use
the same fix as in Apache ActiveMQ. I use the recommended solution from SUN:
"To obtain correct results for locale insensitive strings, use
<code>toLowerCase(Locale.ENGLISH)</code>.
