index.html files in download directories are hiding files

Several of the Camel download directories have index.html files in them.
This means that the server will not list the contents of the directory.
It's not a good idea, as changes to the set of files are not reflected in the
web view.
The directories are:
./camel/apache-camel/2.0.0/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/2.1.0/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/1.6.2/index.html
I've only checked
http://www.apache.org/dist/camel/apache-camel/2.0.0/index.html
but that has two files in the directory which are not in the index file.
I suggest deleting the 3 index files. If you want to add header and foooter
content, use the files HEADER.html and README.html as is done elsewhere.
