When Apache HTTP Client 4.1 has been released, it may have the equivalent
features of Http Client 3.1, and it may be possible to figure out how to use
the new API it has to
- set authentication
- set proxy authentication (can be different than regular auth)
- set auth method
- set auth method priority
For now we will keep camel-http4 in the shadows until it matures some more.
