Allow using {{policy}} / {{<policy>}} anywhere in the route graph to wrap either
- the entire route
- a single processor
- a number of processors
Then let <transacted/> be the special abstract that supports convention over
configuration for easy TX setup.
Then policy is the general purpose for security, or whatever you may want to
use it as.
