I do *not* think the name of the constant is well named.
{{DISABLE_STREAM_CACHE}} as it only apply for Jetty. Then if you have a route
later on where you use {{streamCaching()}} as you do in one of the examples. As
there is no logic in StreamCaching interceptor to read this option.
Maybe you did a fix there too? And also forgot to commit that.
