Wrong link to the Camel 2.3.0 release notes

The link on the [Apache Camel|http://camel.apache.org/] index page to the
Camel 2.3.0 release notes its wrong, I think. It points to
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=CAMEL&title=Camel%2B2.3.0%2BRelease
and it should point (in my opinion) to
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CAMEL/Camel+2.3.0+Release.
