Fix For: 1.6.4
When I updated the CXF version to 2.2.9 in camel-1.x branch, the
CamelTransportClientServerTest of camel-example-cxf was failed.
To fix it, we need to merge http chucked option support from camel trunk to
camel 1.x branch.
