Ashwin Karpe edited comment on CAMEL-2779 at 7/28/10 7:07 AM: -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Claus, I will make the changes you recommend. BTW, The Ini file is not the only way to instantiate the ShiroSecurityPolicy. The way you recommend was the way I had it at first pass. You could hand-create an Ini object, pass in a resource, or handcraft a SecurityManager as well. Hence I chose the SecurityManager as a option since it is the key entity irrespective of how the Ini was created. For example
Ini ini = new Ini(); Ini.Section section = ini.addSection(IniSecurityManagerFactory.MAIN_SECTION_NAME); section.put("propsRealm", PropertiesRealm.class.getName()); section.put("propsRealm.resourcePath", "classpath:org/apache/shiro/config/IniSecurityManagerFactoryTest.propsRealm.properties"); IniSecurityManagerFactory factory = new IniSecurityManagerFactory(ini); SecurityManager sm = factory.getInstance();
I am of course be happy to modify the API to support the different options and will submit with the necessary changes.
