Let it be easier to suspend/stop a route from an Exchange which is currently 
being routed, or from RoutePolicy

Currently you have to stop the route with a timeout to force it to stop because 
the current Exchange is still in progress (its not done yet).

So it should be possible to defer this stop till after the UoW is done on the 
Exchange
