When people run Camel standalone they may only use camel-core (and not
camel-spring). And therefore they would like a {{Main}} class in camel-core JAR
which works similar to the Main class from camel-spring. Must noticeable it
should be able to start and then block until the app is terminated (the
shutdown hook).
