Resolution: Won't Fix
I had to rever this commit: 1049102.
The restlet JARs is already OSGi bundles. And they work out of the box.
The SMX bundle did not work.
We should prefer to use the OSGi bundles from the source, if they do the effort
to create OSGi bundles.
And it would be nice if some Apache guy could promote and upload their JARs to
central maven repo.
