Because of the major release upgrade, some code changes were necessary. At
present my code compiles, but a few test fails with "java.net.BindException:
Address already in use" exception. I have to spend more time on this issue.
I have also to check, whether all current Mina 1.x options are still supported
in Mina 2.x.
