Hadrian you are tight that aboutOnTimeout feature should only be offered for
one *single* route. It doesn't apply when you shutdown the entire CamelContext.
Ben, if we about on timeout, then we need to start the route again. The
consumer on the route could have been suspended/stopped to prevent intaking new
messages.
We can check the status on the consumer and if its not started, then start it.
