Fixed camel-web/pom.xml to upgrade version to 1.5. Verified that the unit tests
work with jersey-version 1.5.
Committed to the camel-trunk as version r1066246.
I have not done analysis on whether replacing CXF jars with Jersey jars has
performance/footprint benefits...
