add comments with Camel version in the camel-spring and camel-blueprint XSD

It would be nice to include a <!-- --> comment with the version of the XSD in
the XSD file.
The reason is the filename without a version, eg camel-spring.xsd you cannot
tell the version of Camel it matches.
And the online file hasn't been updated in a long time. Tsk tsk Hadrian!
